Today, that’s bloggers, vloggers, activists, artists and social media content creators and influencers.

The Fifth Agency was founded on a mutual understanding of what it means to have real influence and how to wield it authentically and responsibly. We leverage our influencer marketing expertise to give our clients 360 social thinking and ensure that ALL of their touch points across social media are influential – not just the talent they partner with.

Our team are encouraged to be innovative, to lead from the front, to question the norm and to take some risk. We want to be different, we encourage thinking differently and we celebrate the difference in others.

OLIVER LEWIS

& CEO

Oliver Lewis founded The Fifth in March 2019, and The Fifth Talent a year later. He leads the agency group, running the day-to-day operations and strategy. With over 17 years media and advertising experience, Oliver previously held a variety of senior commercial and digital positions at News UK where he oversaw the organisation’s commercial digital strategy, lead digital sales and innovation of the publisher’s product and platform strategies.

JESS MARKWOOD

Jess was one of The Fifth’s founding team members, joining the business in early 2019 to head up strategic operations and marketing. She has over 13 years’ experience in the influencer and content marketing space, having worked in a senior capacity for digital publishers, brands and agencies. She was recently featured in Business Insider as one of 10 UK female social media experts you should know.

SAM COLEMAN

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sam joined us on the first day of lockdown in March 2020. He leads the commercial function and his team are responsible for the overall happiness of our client roster. From finding the right clients that make wonderful business partners, to ensuring we provide a market-leading service to our partners. He has over 20 years ‘media’ experience, having spent the first half of his career at media agencies in the UK and abroad, and the latter leading commercial teams at some of the biggest and most prestigious digital publishers in the UK.

Charles heads The Fifth’s US operation, overseeing the company’s commitment of empowering leading brands to execute at the intersection of creators, creative, and culture. He has over 17 years of experience leading marketing, creative, entertainment, and agency operations for leading organizations in those fields, having overseen front-end strategy, campaign execution + measurement, and client partnerships for leading brands across a variety of different verticals. Prior to joining The Fifth, Charles led Client Partnerships for MOCEAN, a leading global production, design, social, and entertainment marketing agency

Candy Green joined The Fifth in 2019 and leads the creative team to ensure our client visions are brought to life through brilliant ideas, translating them into influencer stories that will connect with their audiences. Candy has spent the past 10 years working with clients across the social and digital space to put big idea thinking at the heart of their content.

Director

Jordan joined The FIFTH in September 2022 to lead their new Innovation department, and will be focused on revenue diversification, future-proofing the agencies and exploring newness. Prior to joining The FIFTH, he worked at the leading social content and influencer agency in gaming, and was responsible for project leading the development of their technology stack, launching and scaling e-commerce joint ventures with content creators, leading their gaming tournament service for brands, and creating new agency service propositions.

Brett leads the creative team for THE FIFTH’s US office. He has won awards for his work from the likes of One Show, The Webbys, AAF and Cannes Lions. His work’s been covered in publications like The New York Times, Hypebeast, Creativity, and Fast Company. A neurodivergent culture junkie, he’s deeply curious, easily fascinated and is on a lifelong mission to make the world a more interesting, weirder place to live.

Shannon has over a dozen years in the marketing and advertising industry. She has worked on powerhouse consumer brands like smartwater, American Express, Bacardi, Samsung, Google, eBay and Dropbox. Launching first of its kind global hardware and software like Google Home and Tinder Swipe Night.

Rebecca is one The Fifth’s founding members and has been with the agency since 2019. She leads and manages the client services team and is responsible for the overall happiness of our client roster, namely ensuring great ideas and account management. Rebecca has over 10 years of media advertising experience having worked across digital, video, social, creative, and influencer marketing and has contributed to many of the agency’s industry awards for our clients.
